I use paypal since i making money on the internet and i used 2check out aslo but for only 2 months.But from my experience, i thing paypal is better online payment method than 2check out.
Paypal has no monthly or other extra fees.Its very secure and they have SSL certificate to buy some thing.Many sites allowed it.
2checkout is bit harder to handle and we always confused when we use it.
