i will keep watching this thread maybe i find some usefull information about promoting well what i can say is that to make a godd hyip monitor is the same as making a good hyip you need money to promote it but after you did that then money start to flow in your pocket

Starting a new hyip monitor wont be an easy job there already too many monitors out there.Few of the most importan things are honesty new concept customized script and website.Also you should consider writing articles about some of the hyips and do some interviews with the admins like hiyp navigator.You need to look diferent if you want to be the best.IMO advertising is not that hard if you have cash buy a few banner adds here do some link exchange with other monitors and do some relative posts in the forum.

You want to be innovative,you will have to share the listing fees with voters as new monitor you would like to get people to use your service not only as a tool to advertise but to get people to visit your monitor for information and perhaps using your links.in order to reach there offer some incentives for voters and cash back to users using your referral link.

I have a monitor running in collaboration with Gold-Horizons forum but lisitngs are very few. I think there is too much supply of this offer and it's very difficult to emerge.
