Default Business Insurance - Contract Paper

The owner signed up a small business insurance through a broker/agent.
The agent sent the owner the "Commercial Policy Declarations" (policy info).

The owner had a grant theft in his property, losing about 5 grand. Filed a police report and called the insurance agent. The insurance agent says that lost or stolen currency is not covered. The owner is now as the agent never mentioned that in writing or verbally when first applying the business insurance.
On the insurance declaration, it does not state that "currency that is stolen" is not covered under property.

The owner complained to his agent but the agent gave a number to contact the insurer directly. So I am here, seeking advice and help so I won't sound like a newbie when I call.

Thanks for reading and hope to hear some advice/help.

It is always nice to have documents and contracts reviewed by an attorney before signing them. It's the big print that giveth and the small print that taketh away. All of the big name individuals and famous people that you may know of, have the power of having all their contracts and documents reviewed by an attorney before they sign them. Believe it or not, you have the right to have the same power as well.
