I am looking for a place to lease for a restaurant business. I have drove around to look for a place, but no luck. Is it better to have some real estate agent to do the job? Any suggestion? I want to save some money by doing it myself, but is this the right way?

Hi lusy, have you considered advertising in your local newspaper. You might be lucky and have a local property owner contact you about a property they need to lease. Or perhaps they have a tenant they don't want, and don't want to be seen to be advertising the premises.

Have you considered purchasing a property? There is a lot to be said for paying your own mortgage as opposed to paying somebody else's mortgage with the rent you pay them.
