We are looking for a good (I'll describe in a minute) 800 Conference Call Provider. As part of our business we routinely hold conference calls with up to 10 of our clients at a time and are looking for a good call provider.

Here is what we are looking for:

No scheduling, good call quality, saved and reuseable password, and the option of recording the call.....and of course a competitive price.

Any suggestions or recommendations?

The only one of that list that Packet8's system doesn't offer is recording the calls. I don't know of any others, but Packet8 allows for the conference calling that I use alot.

We use Freedom Voice's conference system actually. Since we are resellers, we have had the ability to test it for the past few months. It has been fantastic. And they do record them as far as I remember because they have a conference call every Monday night and I usually do not attent but I can call in and listen to it or they will actually send me the link to download it.

They give us a toll-free number and a moderator pin and then a pin for the users. Depending on the plan you are on with them, the price ranges

Well Rhubcom's appliance has all features as you explained above also I am using it for over an year and there were no security lapses. Anyway looking forward to new updates for your product if there is any in future.
